Web site offers expedited shipping for extra cost but when you receive a shopping notice from the PO it doesn't reflect expedited shipping arrival date. If you contact Renzetti, they are totally unsympathetic and say it is the PO's problem, not theirs. Who pocketted the expedited shipping money? Don't be conned into paying extra.

Bought a Presentation Vice in 1983 at a Jacksonville Beach Fla fly shop and have use it every since. I replaced the original jaws with the cam version in the mid 1990's. The jaws held up until a few weeks ago when the o-ring broke. I looked on the rensetti web site and saw they offered a replacement kit for the Presentation vise that I own. I ordered one and it was delivered within a couple of days. Can't beat the service or the product.
