Compared to HMH, the palming knob is not substantial at all. It’s like Renzetti did not fully commit to a palming wheel at all & rather half heartedly came out with something remotely similar. Don’t waste your money. Go straight to the extended crank which IS well thought out.

Renzetti Spinning Attachment
I purchased the Renzetti Spinning Attachment to work in conjunction with the accessory handle for my master vise. I am very happy with the way they work oi concert with one another. The handle allows me to rotate or ratchet the vise jaws easily in one direction and the Spinning Attachment allows me to easily reverse the direction when needed. I can highly recommend both of them as addtions to your vise to gave it more versatility.
