The Jaws for the Master Vise are outstanding, Honestly it’s the jaws that make the difference in the joys of using this vise all together. The midge jaws are extremely easy to install, very self explanatory, and within two minutes your good to go. A lot of careful engineering and refinement went into these jaws and I have the admiration for the craftsman that honed and refined them to get the product to this level of excellence.

The Midge Cam Jaw is a must have regarding tying any small flies 28-22.
The slight open gap on the rear of the Jaw allows for easy access for materials around the shank of the hook. I have tied 500 flies on this Jaw over the last month. I prefer it over HMH vices with micro/midge jaws I have been tying on for over 30 years
These jaws have been very well thought out with all of the benefits of the original standard jaw, while providing excellent hand access for tying small flies!
