I own one of the very first Presentation 4000 made. And the original jaw was not worn out, I simply wanted a new one. I own a Regal and a Dyna-King Ultimate Indexer. While both are very fine vises, they could take a lesson from Renzetti in hook holding ability and ease of use.

Unacceptable Presentation 4000 front jaw fail and delivery time
I paid $20 shipping from Florida to Michigan for a part that weighs perhaps 100 g and it took over a week to deliver. USPS can deliver packages to me from the west coast in half that time. This is unacceptable. Also not sure why my Presentation 4000 front jaw broke in the first place. I put a size 4 jig hook in the vise and the jaw shattered. This is also unacceptable for a vise at this price point. Renzetti you can do better and I expect you’ll contact me and make things right. Thank you. A Crane
